# Bigo Live Agency Contract 2026: Commission Splits and Red Flags

A Bigo Live agency contract in 2026 sets three numbers that decide what a host keeps: the platform's share of every gift, the agency's commission on what is left, and the monthly target that unlocks or forfeits tier pay. Most hosts sign without seeing all three in writing. That is the red flag, and it is the one this page is built around.

**Quick answer:** Read the Bigo Live agency contract for four things before you sign. The host rebate percentage, stated as a number. ## How a Bigo Live Agency Contract Works

The contract is a three-way arrangement. Viewers buy Diamonds and send gifts. Bigo converts those gifts into Beans at a rate it sets, and keeps the spread. The agency then takes its commission, and the host receives the rest, plus any tier pay she has qualified for that month. Every number in that chain is decided before you stream a minute. ## The 5 Terms Every Bigo Live Agency Contract 2026 Must State

1. Host rebate. The percentage of your Bean income you keep after the agency's cut. A number, not a range, not "competitive."
2. Agency commission. What the agency earns from your activity, both from Bigo's agency rebate and from your beans. If the agency will not say, it is large.
3. Tier targets. Valid days, valid hours, and Bean thresholds per tier, and the exact tier payment each one unlocks.
4. Missed-month rule. What you are paid in a month you fall short. On Bigo the honest answer is usually nothing from the tier.
5. Exit terms. How you leave, how long it takes, and whether the agency can hold your account. Read this one twice.

## How the Money Actually Moves

- Bigo sets the Diamond price viewers pay and the Bean rate hosts cash out at. The gap is the platform's take, and it comes off the top before any contract applies. In 2026 that works out to roughly 222 Beans per dollar on cash-out.

- Agencies are paid by Bigo through an agency rebate program tied to their tier and their hosts' volume.

- Your tier pay is conditional. Hit the valid days, valid hours, and Bean target, and the tier pays. Miss one, and that month's tier pays nothing.

- An independent host on Bigo's Bean Rush program is matched on her beans with no agency in the chain. Hit 1,500 Beans in a week and the program returns 1,050 Beans as the weekly reward. New hosts qualify.

## The 2026 Official Host Tier Chart

This is the chart an official host is paid against, and it is for agency-signed hosts only. An independent host earns Bean cash-out and Bean Rush matching, nothing from this chart. Two rules sit behind it that recruiters rarely mention: billable hours are capped at 2 a day and floored at 0.5, so the hours column is really a valid-days requirement, and the tier salary is paid on top of Bean cash-out, not instead of it. ## What a Host Keeps on an 800,000 Bean Month

Same month, same gifts, three very different outcomes. The tier rule decides which row you land in.

Host kept = $6,700 S7 salary plus roughly $3,600 from converting 800,000 Beans at about 222 Beans per dollar. Viewer cost uses $2,000 per 110,000 Diamonds through resellers and $129.99 per 5,446 Diamonds in-app. Miss the hours or the Bean goal by any amount and the salary line disappears.

## Tier Cliffs and the Self-Gifting Trap

Every tier is a cliff. At 795,000 Beans a host earns the S6 salary of $5,200. At 800,000 she earns $6,700. The last 5,000 Beans are worth $1,500. At in-app prices those 5,000 Diamonds cost about $120, so a host within reach of a cliff on the last night of the month has every reason to gift herself. The platform built that incentive into the chart.

The lower tiers are where the pull is strongest. A host sitting at 9,000 Beans on the last night is one $24 self-gift from doubling her month. A host at 45,000 is 15,000 Beans from B and the 15,000 she already earned past C bought her nothing. That is where the self-gifting habit gets learned.

It only pays inside the break-even distance. Past it, the math flips. We know hosts who spent $2,000 on Diamonds to cross a cliff worth $1,200 in salary. Count before you buy.

Break-even assumes 2.39 cents per Diamond in-app and ignores the Beans you get back from your own gift. If you are further from the cliff than the break-even column, the month is what it is.

## The Out-of-Region Deduction

One more rule the chart does not show. Diamonds are priced by region, and US Diamonds cost the most. After the month closes, Bigo can revalue Diamonds it attributes to gifters who bought them in a cheaper region, and for a US host the revaluation is severe: a Diamond bought outside the US can be counted at roughly one hundredth of a US Diamond. As a pricing policy that is defensible. As applied, it is a problem: the host cannot see where her gifters bought their Diamonds, and the adjustment arrives after the tier has been counted. A host who crossed S6 on the 30th can wake up on the 2nd at S5, with the salary difference gone and the self-gift she bought to get there already spent. Hosts have objected to this publicly since at least August 2021, when a host [petitioned Bigo](https://www.change.org/p/bigo-we-want-equality-fairness-what-s-right-no-matter-where-were-from) over gifts from out of region not being "fully compensated." Ask any agency, in writing, how out-of-region deductions are handled and whether the tier is recalculated.

## When an Agency Contract Is Worth Signing

- The agency can show you its platform approval in writing and name a second contact at Bigo.

- Every number above is in the document, dated, and matches what Bigo publishes.

- The missed-month rule is stated and you can live with it.

- The exit clause has a timeline you could actually use.

## When to Walk Away

- The offer arrives as a DM with income screenshots and no document.

- The agency's own approval is verbal. Ours was too.

- You are told the tier pay is "basically a salary."

- Nobody can explain how you would leave.

## The Exit Clause Nobody Reads

Here is the part the contract will not tell you and the recruiter will not volunteer. In practice, a Bigo agency does not release a host who asks to leave. The release that works is the one the platform triggers on its own: stop streaming, stop logging in, and after 60 to 90 days of inactivity the host is automatically unbound and free to sign elsewhere or go independent.
